We booked Staurt as Peter Rabbit for our daughters Freya’s 5th birthday party. Stuart and Laura turned up and were warm, polite, professional and amazing. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to deal with . And i was quickly put at ease by our correspondence that it was all in hand and that I’d picked a professional, reliable and trusted company. They did everything to ensure it went exactly as planned and that we were completely happy with it. My daughter absolutely loved it as did all the other children there . We had been abit unsure how the children would be with Peter Rabbit choice but it went so well! I would thoroughly recommend this company. A complete pleasure to deal with. Last week we hired a soft paly set my little one’s birthday party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable.

The setup was quick and efficient, and the soft play equipment was clean and safe for the kids. The kids were immediately drawn to the set. It was wonderful to see them so engaged and having a blast!

What impressed me the most was how much the kids loved the soft play area. They played happily for hours, and it gave the parents a chance to relax and enjoy the day too. The smiles on their faces were priceless!

I had a party at the weekend and went for the Gold Package. Party and Pals provided 2 staff and they came to entertain the kids for 90 minutes. They were fantastic from the moment they arrived. Everyone was blown away with Mario and loved dancing with him. We played Musical Statues and Pass the parcel, it was amazing.

I recently hired Party & Pals for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party, and I can’t express how thrilled we were with the experience! The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the Peppa Pig mascot, who brought so much joy and excitement to the celebration.

From the moment Peppa arrived, the kids were absolutely enchanted. The mascot was incredibly lifelike, and the performer inside did a fantastic job of engaging with the children. They danced, played games, and even posed for countless photos, making every little one feel special. My daughter was over the moon, and her laughter was infectious!

The team at Party & Pals was professional and organised. They arrived on time, set everything up seamlessly, and were very accommodating to our needs. Communication leading up to the event was excellent, ensuring that all our requests were met.

What truly stood out was how well the performer interacted with the kids. They were patient, friendly, and really knew how to keep the energy high. It was heartwarming to see the kids’ faces light up as they hugged Peppa and joined in on the fun.

Bluey came to my son’s 5th birthday party and it was the highlight of the event. Really well prepared and organised and spent lots of time with everyone, making sure the birthday boy had plenty of photo opportunities. Thank you 😀

We booked blueys appearance, with silver package. My little girl was so happy she loved dancing , hugging and holding hands with bluey . All her friends seemed to have so much fun. Stuart at party and pals was amazing from booking and answering any questions I had to arrival of the event. The children enjoyed every minute of it, in fact the adults enjoyed it more haha! Amazing thought out hired sonic mascote for my sonss 5th birthday party as he’s a sonic lover and it was a huge hit with my son and his party friends they all absolutely loved sonic and had the best time, my sons reaction to his surprise was amazing and so worth it,

Stuart and Laura was a amazing with all the kids and even the adults too everyone had a great time will be hiring again soon and also will be highly recommending to family and friends with little ones birthdays coming up.

I came across party and pals on Partycloud and had booked to hire soft play for my baby shower.

Stuart was very attentive and efficient from the booking stage, no delays a lot of reassurance and the service definitely presented this on the day too!

The set up was really quick, he ensured the equipment was hygienic and was more than happy to make rearrangements to personal preference. The kids at the baby shower really enjoyed the soft play.

Will most definitely be booking this company again and recommend to others, if you are thinking to hire please don’t hesitate as they are happy to go above and beyond for you!
