The best 1st Birthday we could have dreamed of

We recently booked Piccolini Parties for my daughter’s 1st birthday and I honestly can’t recommend them enough! The theme was jungle and it turned out beyond amazing — every detail was perfect. The team went above and beyond for us. The night before the party we found out the venue ceiling was too low for the bouncy castle in our package. Instead of leaving us stressed, they immediately upgraded our package and made sure everything was taken care of. Their professionalism, creativity, and kindness really stood out, and they made the whole experience stress-free and so special for us. Thank you so much, Piccolini Parties, for making my daughter’s first birthday unforgettable!

Had a last minute decoration birthday board and balloon done for my partners daughter.The owner Lousia was so helpful and with the limited time she had she made it special.I wish I had gone to her earlier!!! Will definitely use her again.Highly recommended

In all the madness of organising a party for my daughter, I was unable to find something suitable within a decent price range. But then I found Piccolini Parties which was accommodating and fuss-free. Louisa was wonderful from start to finish. She made gorgeous personalised vinyls to match our theme and the children loved and enjoyed the soft play and ball pit! Piccolini crew were extremely helpful and lovely to speak to. If you are thinking of having a party and want to have a smooth, luxe experience, I would highly recommend

Louisa at Piccolini Parties is amazing! From booking the soft play and then setting up before the party, everything was seamless. Louisa even matched the colour of balls for the ballpit to the party theme, and added some extra balloons and hoppers. Nothing was too much and I’ll definitely be using them again, thank you!!!
Amazing flower wall for an event

Where do I start?!! Amazing service throughout the WHOLE process. I booked PP flower wall last minute for a coffee shop opening. I received quick, clear and efficient replies. The booking process was super easy and quick too! On the day, the flower wall was dropped off at the exact time I requested and was everything I wanted and more! I just gave a brief of what the day would be like and allowed Piccolini to take full control & they really understood the assignment!! The flower wall was perfect for pictures and it was simply beautiful. I was extremely busy following up to the event and PP made my experience stress- free and seamless. I have rebooked them for another event using their soft play & additions. I am super excited to see how it will all turn out. Thank you. I’ll forever be using all your services. Customer service, execution and time management is 10/10.
Silver package hire for 3rd birthday

Highly professional and accommodating! We booked last minute and we had not even confirmed due to last minute venue change. She went out of her way to order vinyl stickers in our theme anyway as a just in case.
We went for the silver package to meet the needs of our smaller babies as well as the toddlers and older kids.
Prompt set up and clear up! Everything looked amazing together. The kids loved the double slide ball pit and the ride on cars – perhaps their highlight.

I was absolutely blown away by the incredible room decor arranged by the events company for our special occasion. The transformation of the hotel room was nothing short of magical. From the elegant balloon arrangements and ambient lighting to the coordinated colour theme and personalised touches, every detail was beautifully executed. The atmosphere felt luxurious yet intimate—perfect for celebrating. It’s clear the events team put a lot of care and creativity into the setup, and it made our stay feel truly special and memorable. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking to elevate their hotel experience!

The weather unfortunately turned last minute which meant having to resort to a smaller ball pit for my venue, however the flower arch, baby boxes, sailboards, balloons, sweet cart, cake stand and table decor absolutely made the event. I had many compliments from guests on how unique everything was. I had no idea they would have a back up ball pit on hand if needed, so the level of preparation from the team saved my event. When party planning is so stressful as it is, having someone do majority of the leg work is so worth the money.

Just want to say thank you so much, the kids thoroughly enjoyed and all the extra decor just made the Easter experience that much better. They were so kind, polite and helpful with not only the soft play but general party help. I would recommend them to everyone. The precision of detail, rapid set up time and just how lovely they are as people just made my experience with them perfect.
