Soft Play Parties London | Finnegan’s World

I visited this beautiful soft play area today, and was a bit nervous about going and trying a new place with my toddler who hasn’t been the most confident lately.

I truly enjoyed every part of my experience here. As we came in there was a place to park our buggy, and I was able to settle my son into their seating area with some snacks that I got from the cafe. He quickly warmed up to the surrounding seeing all the lovely stuffed animals, the atmosphere was really inviting and captivating for a toddler. This allowed me to feel a bit more relaxed about my visit, it was a perfect little size for a child under two, lots of safety mats everywhere, plenty of toys to explore, very in touch with the sensory side.

My son enjoyed it a lot and even felt confident to play without me. The environment wasn’t over stimulating like other places can be, it was very relaxing for the both of us. And most importantly the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, they helped us into the premises and ensured that children can’t run out, they helped with getting my buggy parked up, and overall they were very kind!

A plus point for me was also the hygiene standard and level of cleanliness maintained. It was so lovely and clean – it puts a mother’s mind at ease.

We had my daughter’s 5th birthday party at Finnegan’s World today, and it was an absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish.

What stood out straight away was how smooth everything was from the very beginning. The initial communication, booking process, and confirmation were all handled really well, and it felt like every detail had been thought through.

On the day itself, Ellie and Shannon were fantastic. They made sure everything was set up properly, checked in throughout, and were always on hand if we needed anything. Their support made the whole experience feel easy and well organised, without any stress.

The venue was perfect for a children’s party. The kids had an amazing time, and the parents were able to relax and enjoy it too.

They also went above and beyond at the end by helping us tidy up and pack everything away into the car, which was hugely appreciated.

Overall, such a well-run experience with a genuinely supportive team. I would highly recommend Finnegan’s World for a children’s party.

The attention to detail and customer service is exceptional – one 2 one whatsapp to confirm the finer details. A party package that includes themed decorations to your tasting ! An incredible party buffet including fresh fruit and themed cupcakes! Ooh and the bubble machine!! . If your considering a party – do not think any longer – Just BOOK IT!

The perfect place for a party! We held our daughter’s 3rd birthday party here at the weekend, she and her friends had a fantastic time. The booking and organising process was super smooth and the Finnegan’s World team were communicative and helpful in the run up and on the day.

Thank you to Finnegans World for being fantastic at helping us organise our daughter’s 3rd birthday party yesterday. From the initial booking until right until the end the communication was excellent.

The kids had an incredible time. And the adults were well looked after.

We had 22 kids in the end and their parents and it was just the right number. There was a lot of laughter and giggles.

A special shout out to Maheen and Alisha who was superb in getting everything organised. We especially appreciated the details with helping us cut the cake, the excellent coffees and teas served, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. They thought of extra details, I didn’t think about- like packing up remaining food unused to take home, and giving extra cupcakes to the kids when they left and taking home extra balloons. They did this for us. Really appreciated it all.

They were an excellent support. Especially when the mental load of organising a birthday can be quite overwhelming. They really took that burden away from us.

We need more places like this in the area. Warm, clean and inviting for children and adults.
