I contacted them late the night before, and they still replied out of hours and managed to provide the balloon the very next morning – talk about amazing service!

The balloon itself completely exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, filled with gorgeous heart confetti and mini balloons that made the reveal so special. On top of that, the price was brilliant compared to other companies I looked at.

With very little notice, Sammii stepped in with creative ideas and completely unbiased suggestions to help support the look and feel we were aiming for. Her eye for detail and understanding of aesthetics made the whole process stress-free and exciting.

She created two stunning balloon installations that not only transformed the venue but also provided the perfect backdrop for photos – they were a real talking point among our guests. On top of that, she handled all the personalised touches that made the day feel so special: a beautifully printed wedding welcome sign, a custom vinyl design for our mirror, and even personalised sunglasses as wedding favours – which our guests absolutely loved!

Throughout the entire process, Sammii was always available for questions, super responsive, and even sent us preview photos to make sure everything was just right before the big day. That level of care and attention made all the difference.

And here’s the kicker – it’s been four weeks since the wedding, and the balloon installations are still going strong in our home (much to my husband’s annoyance!) – they’re so full of life that we’re honestly tempted to use them again!

Absolutely fantastic service. Enquired via their Instagram to discuss what I’d like for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. They were quick to respond, went through the balloon design and colour options with me and sent the payment link via email once I was happy. Overall, it was easy to arrange. They delivered the balloons to the house on the day I requested, advised me how to attach them to the wall and it really was a seamless experience! My daughter was so happy.

Party Productions organised all the balloons and decorations for my partners surprise 30th birthday party. All of the balloon creations were absolutely superb and blew my partner away when she saw it all. Sammii and the team did a superb job with the setup and were very accommodating with the timings as it was a surprise. 10/10 customer service.
