We hired Ponies and Plaits for my daughter Margot’s 4th birthday party, and it was absolutely the highlight of her special day! From start to finish, Jemilla was exceptional to work with.

Before the party, Jemilla took the time to hop on a call with us to thoroughly explain all the logistics and different package options. We decided on the Unicorn theme, and I’m so glad we did!

On the day of the party, Jemilla arrived right on time at our home in Notting Hill with her adorable pony, George, and everything needed to create a truly magical experience. The girls were absolutely enchanted! They spent the first hour decorating George and transforming him into a beautiful unicorn, which was such a creative and engaging activity. Then each child had the opportunity to ride the unicorn for the remainder of the party.

What impressed me most was how attentive and wonderful Jemilla was with all the children. She was patient, kind, and clearly experienced working with young ones. Her genuine love for her animals shines through in everything she does, and George was so gentle and perfect for the occasion.

This was such a unique party idea, and every child (and parent!) had an amazing time. I cannot recommend Jemilla and Ponies and Plaits highly enough. Thank you for making Margot’s 4th birthday so incredibly special!

Ponies and Plaits are the BEST!

We had the gorgeous George the pony for our son’s 6th birthday. Jemilla was so kind and lovely with the children and really helped them to engage with George. All the booking and set up was super easy for us and everything worked like clockwork – despite the pouring rain! All the children (and their grownups!) had such a special time and it was definitely the highlight of the day. We can’t recommend Ponies and Plaits highly enough!

Amazon and Rapid have come along on many occasions to our Village Fete and at Christmas for our Real Nativity – the ponies are so beautifully behaved and it’s such a treat to have their company. The children (and us grown-ups!) absolutely love them! Ponies and Plaits are super to deal with, so accommodating and putting themselves out to make sure everything runs smoothly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Jemilla, George and the ponies truly know what makes a party! We all (adults included) had an amazing time with the ponies, and were delighted to transform them into beautiful unicorns.

I can’t stress enough how caring, thoughtful and fun the staff were, making sure all the birthday attendees had a great time with the ponies! It was the first time my daughter had any interactions with ponies and she absolutely fell in LOVE with Rapid and Amazon! She’s already asked if they can attend her 9th birthday! From the questions I got from all the parents, I think the ponies will be attending a few more 8 year old parties!

Ponies and plaits was such a fun experience for the children.

They arrived on time and didn’t take long to set up.

Rapid was a strong favourite for Isla. This experience is great for children with sensory difficulties. The tactile sensation of grooming can help regulate sensory input and promote relaxation.

Teaching the children to be calm with animals and how to take care of them.

We recently had a birthday party for our 5-year-old daughter, and booking the mobile Shetland pony party was the best decision we could’ve made! The team arrived on time with the most adorable, well-groomed ponies, and everything was handled with such care and professionalism.

We had a visit from ponies and plaits to the nursery and the children loved this experience, they got to be hands on with ponies and some of them had never done this before so it was a lovely experience. Jemilla was very professional and answered all the questions that the children had, she was so good with them all making sure they were all included.
